Flash Tattoos

The first time I spotted these was during Coachella. They they are hard to miss in the sun. It was the simple glimmer that caught my eye, the wy all things that a sparkle and glitter do to me. I wrote about it on on my old practice blog and now I’m bringing them LipstickandLegos!!

Have you seen these?! I wore these all summer and I was so sad when the summer was over because I thought the trend was over.

But then I did a little snooping around and realized this trend isn’t going anywhere!!!
The latest way the flash tatt is being worn is in place of actual jewelry. They are being made in the form of necklaces, bracelets and so many other accessories.

My last pack of flash tattoos came from Wet Seal, but I’m looking at Studio Gold Shop on Etsy. The variety there is insane!! And the price is amazing!!

Loving Now: Lokia

So happy with my newest discovery. The Lokai Bracelet.
At first site, this just looks like a sleek, chic bracelet but then there’s the story behind the bracelet. When I read about this, I knew I need it.

The bracelet has two elements to it. The dark bead I mud from the Dead Sea, the lowest point on earth. The other bead carries water from Mount Everest, the highest point on earth. Now here’s the good part!! The meaning behind the bracelet:

Sometimes you’ve hit a low. Stay hopeful. Sometimes you’re on top of the world. Stay humble.

This is BRILLIANT You guys will learn a lot about me over time. But for starters, in life, I have serious highs, where I feel on top of the world. At the same time, I have serious lows. Either way I need the reminder that things will change. I need to remember to BE PREPARED, take it all in stride. And more importantly Stay Strong

Fun fact: Mizrahi also had a bridal line for Target!!
